Connect your Shopify store

  1. Open Shopify setup in your Store workspace’s Sales Channels Hub. Use your permanent .myshopify.com domain.
  2. For a new Shopify Dev Dashboard app, enter its Client ID and Client secret in the authenticated setup form. CardSync renews access tokens automatically.
  3. Existing legacy custom apps can still connect with an Admin API access token. Follow the Shopify connection guide for your app type.
  4. Grant the product, inventory, location and order permissions listed in setup, then test and save the connection. Public Shopify App Store installation is awaiting approval.

Prepare and publish inventory

  1. Review your Pricing Rules and inventory. Confirm the printing, condition, SKU, quantity and selling price; Shopify publishing needs a price above zero.
  2. Check the connected Shopify store and inventory location. Resolve permission or location errors before starting a batch.
  3. Select a small batch in Inventory Sync or Owned Inventory, review the proposed changes and publish when ready.
  4. Check each result and its Shopify listing before moving to a larger batch.

Check stock and paid orders

  1. Compare sellable quantity with grading reservations and online-sale holds. Sellable stock can differ from physical on-hand quantity.
  2. Zero is a valid stock quantity. Review the sync result rather than adding a unit to make an out-of-stock item publish.
  3. Use Sales Channels Hub to review paid-order imports. Order access and matching inventory are required; unmatched or conflicting lines need review.
  4. Review refunds and cancellations before restocking. Automatic refund/cancellation restocks and daily channel price sync are not currently included.

Recover a failed or interrupted sync

  1. Check failed or skipped product results. Keep the message, SKU, channel and approximate time.
  2. If Shopify asks to reconnect or update permissions, follow the existing connection’s action and test it again.
  3. After a timeout, check the listing and sync result before retrying. Retry the original inventory records once you know what completed.
  4. If the issue continues, email support with a screenshot and store domain. Never send passwords, access tokens, API secrets or payment-card details.

Manage billing or cancel

  1. For website subscriptions, sign in with the account used at checkout and open Manage Billing. The Stripe Customer Portal provides invoices, payment details and cancellation options.
  2. Check the cancellation confirmation and effective date. Disconnecting a sales channel does not cancel a subscription.
  3. For billing or access problems, contact support with the billing email and charge date. Account-data deletion is a separate request.

Other channels and offline use

eBay is in beta. TCGplayer supports CSV export and import for eligible Level 4 sellers. Wix is planned. Use the channel guides for setup and availability.

Offline beta: eligible accounts can prepare inventory and images before a show, then search stock and save supported sales in a desktop browser when Wi-Fi drops. Purchases, trades, and payments require a connection.

Scanning and mobile availability

Card and slab scanning is available. Sealed product scanning is in beta. Vendor includes 1,000 AI scans per month; Store scanning is subject to fair-use limits. Review the suggested match before adding inventory.

Document Scanner Support is included with Store and higher plans. Import cropped card images or use foreground folder watching with your scanner’s capture software, then confirm results before saving.

Google Play is in beta and iOS is in development. Vendor, Store and higher plans can apply to test Android at no extra charge.
