Is Collector actually usable?

Yes. Track unlimited collection inventory, search the catalog, see available market values and share collections. Collector is a free account you can keep using.

Is AI scanning included for free?

Card and slab scanning is available and metered by plan. Sealed product scanning is in beta. Vendor includes 1,000 AI scans per month; Store scanning is subject to fair-use limits. Collection inventory remains unlimited on Collector.

When should I move to Vendor?

When you start selling. Vendor adds POS for sales, purchases and trades, convention management, grading and profit tracking.

What does Store add?

Store adds ProductForge AI, document-scanner intake and online-channel tools. Publish inventory, update linked stock, and import paid Shopify orders. App Store approval is pending; refund restocks need review. Connect your seller account and publish reviewed listings in the eBay beta. Automatic order updates are still being verified. Import and export TCGplayer CSV files for eligible Level 4 sellers. Direct API sync is access-gated.
